Dax D. Junker, Managing Partner
Dax D. Junker grew up in Iowa and Missouri, before moving to Tulsa in 1987. Dax graduated from Jenks High School as a valedictorian in 1991, and then attended Washington University in St. Louis. He graduated with honors and a B.A. degree in Political Science in 1995, and then attended Oklahoma University College of Law, where he graduated in 1999. Following graduation, Dax was an associate at the prestigious law firm of Gable & Gotwals until 2003. While there, Dax had an article on gas storage rights published by the Mineral Lawyers Society of Oklahoma City and the Conference on Consumer Law. In 2003, he reentered the title industry as President of Oklahoma OneStop, an affiliate of LandAmerica. In 2004, he started Community Closing Services and served as its President and a Member. Dax was also a member of the claims committee for American Eagle Title Insurance Company, and assisted in the drafting of the regulations for the Oklahoma Abstractor’s Board.

In 2009, Dax started Main Street Title Company where he is an owner, attorney and Managing Partner. Dax is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, the Real Property Division, the Title Examination Standards Committee, the Tulsa County Bar Association, the Greater Tulsa Homebuilders Association, and the National Association of Home Builders. Dax has also been a guest lecturer at the University of Tulsa College of Law, and an expert witness on real estate and title issues. He holds a title insurance license, and is an approved title examiner for First American Title Insurance Company and American Eagle Title Insurance Company.

Dax is also active in community activities, including Green Country High School Rugby, a nonprofit organization created to promote and cultivate the sport of rugby for high school boys. Dax is one of the current coaches of Bixby High School Rugby Club, and has been the President of Green Country the past three years.


Jeremy S. Mix, Attorney
Jeremy was born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma and attended Tulsa Memorial High School. He attended Oklahoma State University with his friends for a year before heading out west to pursue new opportunities. He met his wife, Rachel, while attending the University of Nevada Las Vegas and eventually moved back to Tulsa to attend law school at the University of Tulsa.

Jeremy has been practicing law in Oklahoma since 2003, and is currently a member in good standing of the Oklahoma Bar Association, the Tulsa County Bar Association, and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. He is currently licensed to practice in the Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of Oklahoma. Prior to opening the NEOK Bankruptcy Center in 2005, to coincide with changing bankruptcy laws he was a general practitioner handling many different areas of law. He has been working at Main Street Title since 2011.

He now spends his time away from work with his wife and two children going from one sporting event to another and coaching various youth sports. Occasionally he finds some spare time to slip away to the quiet Ozark mountain streams to do a little fly fishing or get in a quick ride on his bike around the numerous trails Tulsa has to offer.

Ronda Roberts

Ronda Roberts was born in Stillwater, OK and has been a life-long resident of Cleveland, OK. After graduating from Cleveland High School, she attended Oklahoma State University and began working in the real estate industry in 1997. She has been an escrow officer for 12 years. Ronda is married with 3 children and enjoys spending time with her family, scrapbooking and reading.

Vicky has 24 years of experience in this industry. She moved to Tulsa in 1997 from Columbus, Ohio. In Ohio she was an office manager and processed and closed real estate transactions. It is important to her to make your closing as effortless as possible for you. Vicky lives in Broken Arrow with her husband and three dogs and enjoys family, friends, church and reading. Go Bucks!

Taking pride in her work, processor, Annetta Pierce, is an Oklahoma native that has lived in the South Tulsa area since 1990 and has worked in the industry since 2002. As both a homeowner and a former realtor, Annetta understands that each file represents at least one family and will strive to make the process as smooth as possible for all involved. A graduate from Northeastern State University, Annetta enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading a good book, searching for antiques and singing in her church choir.

Tamra Ruhmann, Receptionist
Tamra was born in Tulsa and raised in Owasso. She graduated Owasso High School in 1993 and then went to Rogers State College to study Accounting. She graduated from Career Point Business School in 1996 from the Accounting and Administrative Assistant Program. She loves spending time with her daughter and reading. In her spare time, she enjoys sewing little girls’ clothes and doll clothes for her daughter and making hair bows.
